Obeye Le Roi Shipping Policy

Welcome, royalty. This page describes how we ship your orders at Obeye Le Roi. Read closely so you know when to expect your fits and what’s on us (and what isn’t).


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) once payment has cleared.

  • Custom orders, pre-orders, or restocks may take 5-10 business days (or specified otherwise) for processing.

  • If there is a delay (supplier issues, stock, etc.), you’ll be notified via email as soon as possible.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use trusted carriers (e.g. USPS, UPS, FedEx — whichever gives the most reliable option to your region).

Shipping options include:

International (standard) 7-21 business days (depending on customs & region)

* These are estimates after your order has shipped. They do not include processing time. Weather, customs, or carrier delays can add extra time.


3. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location, weight, and chosen speed.

  • We may offer free standard domestic shipping on orders over a certain threshold (e.g. orders above $100). (Adjust number as you see fit.)

  • Any taxes, duties, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise.


4. Where We Ship

  • We ship within the U.S. and to many international locations.

  • Some remote areas might incur additional charges. If your address is very remote, we’ll reach out to let you know extra fees or longer delivery times.

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes / APO / FPO addresses (or DO ship, if you decide so, but say it clearly).


5. Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Use the tracking link to follow your package.

  • Not responsible for lost/delayed packages after they’ve been marked delivered by the carrier, unless proven damaged or lost. If tracking says “delivered” but you didn’t get it, contact us and we’ll try to help, but we can’t always guarantee replacement.


6. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and packaging, then contact us within 3 business days.

  • For lost shipments, we’ll investigate with the carrier. After verifying, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • If damage is your fault (after delivery) or due to misuse, we may deny replacements/returns in those cases.


7. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, with original tags.

  • Buyer pays return shipping (unless the item was incorrect or damaged).

  • Sale items / final sale items cannot be returned (if you decide to have these).

  • Refunds are issued once we receive the item and verify condition. Processing refunds takes about 5-7 business days.


8. Holiday / Peak Times

  • During busy periods (holidays, seasonal sales), processing and delivery may take extra 2-5 business days.

  • We’ll try to post notices when delays are expected, but trust us—it gets wild.
